312 steps to the panoramic view: On weekends and holidays we offer regular tours to the viewing platform on top of the tower of the Deutsches Museum. The tower of the Deutsches Museum is not only an architectural landmark of the building, it is also a weather station, transmission mast, home of Foucault's Pendulum and observation deck all in one. It is characterised by its beautifully designed façade elements. Where you would normally find a clock, the Museum Tower displays air pressure, temperature, wind and humidity.
