Audio guides for international visitors
We are pleased to be able to offer you audio guides in German, English for €5. Other languages with reduced content available.
Discover exhibitions, follow highlight tours and never miss a thing. Our new audio guide is now available. For just €5, you can borrow a device in German or English and explore our exhibitions at your own pace and according to your own interests. There is a full version with around 200 exhibits in English. The audio guide offers around 50 exhibits in six additional languages (español | francais | italiano | русский | عربى | 官話 ). These six additional languages can be downloaded free of charge from the German or English version.
The audio guides can be paid for at the box office or at the information desk in the entrance hall and then collected from the information desk in the entrance hall.
The visitor service team will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the audio guide.

How to get the audio guide:
- Loan device with content in German and English € 5
- Other languages with reduced content: español | francais | italiano | русский | عربى | 官話 can be downloaded free of charge from the German or English version
- Payable at the box office or at the information desk
- Device available at the information desk
